For more than a decade, Kristin has helped clients across a variety of industries–including sports, entertainment & lifestyle, music, publishing, logistics and supply chain, nonprofits and for-profits–develop business strategies, communications plans and publicity campaigns that produce winning results. Her clients have teamed up with some of the world’s most recognizable brands and organizations, appeared in front of Congress, received industry recognition and awards, taken the stage at renowned conferences and been featured on ABC’s Good Morning America, The View, NBC’s TODAY, CNN, CBS News, CNBC and in The Associated Press, Entrepreneur, ESSENCE, Fast Company, Forbes, Inc. With a love for storytelling in all its formats, Kristin recently expanded her work into film and television where she is an executive producer for an unscripted series in development that spotlights and follows the lives of female athletes. In this work, she combines her decades-long expertise working with talent and her eye for identifying untold, powerful stories that resonate with today’s audiences.
Most recently, Kristin launched Just & Joyful with Kristin Carver Smith, a podcast that features experts from a variety of fields and delves into the specifics of mental health at play in every facet of life from style and voice to workplace dynamics and relationships. Kristin is dedicated to utilizing her platform to help create a more just and joyful world—no matter what corner of it she finds herself in.
When Kristin isn’t producing, podcasting or publicizing new fashioned stories, she is songwriting, performing music and delivering keynotes to audiences across the globe. She believes that music is one of the most powerful vehicles for storytelling and advocacy, and she enjoys bringing her passion for communications to this medium. The first collection from her debut album, LIGHT THROUGH, is out Spring 2026.
